What should I wear to HBC?
We believe that Jesus cares more about the heart of a person rather than what a person would wear – so do we. Some people wear “traditional” church clothes, others wear business casual clothes, while others wear blue jeans and/or shorts. We ask that you please dress modestly and comfortable when you come worship with us.
What kind of music does HBC worship with?
At HBC we sing a blend of hymns and newer praise & worship songs. We focus on the words of a song as we worship God.
What translation of Bible is used at HBC?
All public ministries at HBC are done with the KJV & NKJV.
Will I be expected to put money in the offering plate?
We don’t expect visitors to put money in the offering plate; this is something that regular attendees do. No one will look at you funny for not participating. Many regular attenders give online, give biweekly, or monthly, and won’t be putting anything in the plate either.
